Processing Times

Ready-to-ship orders are typically processed and mailed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted on the product listing.

Because Borrowed Creative Co. is a small handmade business, processing times may occasionally be longer during busy seasons, collection launches, or periods of high order volume.

Custom or made-to-order items will have their own estimated production timeline listed on the product page or discussed before purchase.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the package weight, shipping destination, and available carrier rates.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow time for tracking to update after your package has been accepted by the carrier.

Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Borrowed Creative Co. is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update it before the order ships.

Delivery Delays

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our direct control.

Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, service disruptions, or other circumstances may occasionally occur.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package is delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will help you determine the best next step.

If tracking shows the package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check:

Around your home or delivery area
With household members
With neighbors
With your local carrier or post office

We are always happy to help where we can, but Borrowed Creative Co. cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include your order number along with clear photographs of the item and packaging.

We will review the situation and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
