Borrowed Creative Co. Return and Refund Policy
\Because each Borrowed Creative Co. piece is handmade, produced in very small quantities, and often one of a kind, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please review all product photos, descriptions, measurements, and sizing information carefully before purchasing. Exact garment measurements are provided whenever possible so you can compare them with clothing your child already wears comfortably.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the problem
Once reviewed, we’ll work with you to make it right. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund.
Sizing + Fit
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges because an item does not fit.
Children’s sizing can vary considerably between brands, so please review the measurements provided on the product listing before ordering. If you have questions about sizing before purchasing, you’re always welcome to contact us.
One-of-a-Kind Items
Many Borrowed pieces are made only once. Because the same fabric or materials may no longer be available, an identical replacement may not be possible.
If an approved issue occurs with a one-of-a-kind item, we will work with you to determine the best available solution.
Custom Orders
Custom and personalized orders are final sale once production has begun.
Because these pieces are created specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, sizing choices, fabric preferences, or other details that were approved before production.
If there is an error on our part, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Ready-to-ship orders may be canceled only before they have been packaged or shipped.
Custom orders may only be canceled before materials have been purchased or work has begun.
Return Shipping
If we approve a return because the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide instructions for returning the item when necessary.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
